"Our home computer crashed and the warranty etc with Dell had expired. By chance, a friend recommended Pc Doctor. The main issue we had was that every photo we had taken from the birth of our children too the present was stored on the computer and I hadn't backed anything up. We left the computer with Pc Doctor and awaited his diagnosis. It wasn't good!!! However, by using his fantastic knowledge & software he managed to retrieve the photos and many documents, which he saved onto an external hard-drive for us to collect; just superb.
Obviously, our computer was beyond repair so Pc Doctor offered to build us a new one. His advice was excellent and we gave him the go ahead to build the new system incorporating the tower of our choice. Since we've had the new system, I have emailed & called Pc Doctor for advice and I can honestly say, it's a pleasure to deal with him as he always comes up with the solution in double quick time.
To anybody who has computer issues, forget the big shops and their call centres and go to see Pc Doctor, I can't recommend him highly enough."
